Mark H. Wolpers

President, Harborside Appraisal Inc.

Mark Wolpers is the owner and president of Harborside Appraisal Inc., a full service residential appraisal and consulting company providing services to banks, mortgage companies, attorneys,brokers and individual buyers and sellers. Harborside’s territory includes Massachusetts, Cape Cod,The Islands, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Mark has responsibility for the business development and review of all appraisal services, and maintains an extensive approval network for many secondary market investors.

Mark has been a full time residential appraiser for over ten years. Assignments have covered properties in all of the New England states, including many multi-million dollar homes, with a concentration in Boston’s South Shore.

Prior to founding Harborside Appraisal, Mr. Wolpers was a Senior Commercial Appraiser with theValuation Services Division of Cushman and Wakefield Inc., an international CommercialBrokerage firm. During his years in this position he completed hundreds of appraisals and consulting assignments for an extensive client list including; General Motors, Bank of America, and the United States Government. Mr. Wolpers is also a Massachusetts Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, and an Associate Member of the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers.

Harborside employs 11 appraisal professionals in three states. This extensive network ensures that the most current local market knowledge for all assignments is applied.
